On this site, you will find current governing documents (the "CC&Rs") as well as financial reports, agendas and minutes of our board meetings. These items are also available on Front Steps, the portal provided by Bay Area Property Services, but we think this site is easier to navigate. We hope you agree, and we invite your comments and suggestions.
Our "governing documents" are the By-Laws and CC&Rs that are adopted and updated in accordance with state law and the rules set out in our property deeds. Access our documents via this link.
